Industrial 3D printing in polymer and metal
Functional parts that go straight into use, not just models on a desk. Printed in Tampere on industrial SLS, MJF and metal machines.

We print functional parts: housings that take a screw, brackets that carry a load, ducts that hold pressure. Each order is reviewed by an engineer who knows both printing and machining, so you get the process that suits the part, not the one we happen to sell.
NF-01 / Processes
Four processes, chosen for the part
We pick the process by what the part has to withstand, how many you need and how it should look.
- 01
SLS nylon
Strong, slightly grainy parts without support structures. The workhorse for housings, brackets and ducts.
- 02
MJF nylon
Finer surface and faster builds for series of 100 to 5 000 identical parts.
- 03
DMLS metal
Titanium and stainless steel for light, strong parts that could not be machined in one piece.
- 04
FDM
Jigs, fixtures and early prototypes in ABS and PETG, often the same day.

NF / FAQ
Common questions
Which file formats do you accept?
STEP is best, STL works for printing. A PDF drawing helps us see the tolerances and surfaces that matter.
How strong is a printed nylon part?
SLS PA12 has a tensile strength of about 48 MPa, close to injection-moulded nylon. We can print test bars from your batch on request.
When is 3D printing cheaper than CNC?
Usually for complex shapes, small series and parts with internal channels. Read our article on choosing between the two, or send the model and we will tell you.
Can you print to a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We sign your NDA before you send files, and models are kept only for the duration of the order.
Print it this week. Hold it on Friday.
