Three ways to make your part
Choose the process by what the part has to do. We help you decide, and you get the same quality check whichever it is.
- 01
Industrial 3D printing
SLS and MJF nylon, DMLS titanium and steel, FDM for jigs. Complex geometry at no extra cost.

CNC machining
5-axis milling and turning in aluminium, steel and engineering plastics, to ±0.01 mm.

From drawing to delivery in four steps
01
Send your model
STEP, STL or a drawing. We check manufacturability free of charge.
02
Quote in 24 hours
A fixed price and a delivery date, reviewed by an engineer.
03
Production
Printed or machined in Tampere, on our own machines.
04
Inspect and ship
A dimensional report with every batch, delivered across the Nordics.
NF / Materials
Materials we run every day
The most common materials are in stock, so a quote does not wait for a supplier. Others on request.
- Nylon PA12, PA11
- SLS · MJF · ±0.2 mm
- TPU 88A
- SLS · flexible parts, seals
- Titanium Ti6Al4V
- DMLS · 250 × 250 × 300 mm
- Stainless steel 316L
- DMLS · CNC
- Aluminium 6082, 7075
- 5-axis CNC · ±0.01 mm
- POM, PEEK
- CNC milling and turning
Why engineers choose Northform
One roof, two processes. Most parts are best made one way, some another, and a few need both: a printed titanium bracket with machined bores, for example. We run 3D printing and CNC side by side, so the part is made the right way without a second supplier.
Measured, not promised. Every batch leaves with a dimensional report. When a tolerance matters, it is checked on our CMM, not estimated.

3D printing or CNC? How to choose for your part
Four questions that decide it in most cases, and why the answer is sometimes both.

Our new metal printer: what DMLS changes for small batches
Titanium and stainless steel parts in days instead of weeks, and shapes that could not be machined in one piece.

Case: 300 custom brackets in five working days
A machine builder's supplier failed a week before assembly. How printed nylon kept the line on schedule.
