Case: 300 custom brackets in five working days
A machine builder's supplier failed a week before assembly. How printed nylon kept the line on schedule.

A Finnish packaging machine builder called us on a Monday. Their injection-moulded cable brackets were late, and 60 machines were due to leave the factory the following week.
What we did
- Monday: the customer sent the STEP model. We added 0.3 mm of clearance to the clip that had to snap onto the frame.
- Tuesday: two test parts were printed in MJF nylon and couriered to the customer for a fit check.
- Wednesday and Thursday: 300 brackets were printed in two builds, dyed black and inspected.
- Friday: the parts were delivered with a dimensional report on 30 samples.
The result
The machines shipped on time. The customer now keeps the printed bracket as the approved backup part, with a fixed price and a three-day lead time.
